Bath County Board Of Supervisors To Conduct May Meeting Tuesday

WARM SPRINGS — The Bath County Board of Supervisors will conduct its regular May meeting Tues-day, beginning at 6 p.m. in Room 115 of the Bath County Courthouse.
Agenda items include:
— approval of fiscal year 2020 tax levies;
— consideration of adoption of the annual budget for schools and appropriation of funds for the 2020 fiscal year;
— consideration of adoption of the annual budget and appropriation of funds for the county’s fiscal year beginning July 1;
— a joint public hearing between Bath County and the Virginia Department of Transportation on the secondary six-year improvement plan for fiscal years 2020-2025;
— a Virginia Cooperative Extension update from Kari Sponaugle, unit coordinator and 4-H youth development agent;
— consideration of an agreement between Bath County and the Rockbridge Regional Library System;
— consider commonwealth of Virginia voluntary group long-term care insurance program;
— ratify cancellation of a purchase agreement for T.C. Walker School;
— appointments to the Rockbridge Regional Library Board of Directors and Bath County Planning Com-mission.
