Contract Date: 1/5/2026-Complete
Provider: Lanford Brothers Company, Inc.
Purpose: Procurement of Non-Professional services to repair/replace Oak Wedge blocking under the Rayon Bridge.
This has been a critical recommendation by our bridge inspection firm (Mattern & Craig) and per VDOT and the FHWA if the repairs are not made it could result in the closure of the bridge all together.
The cost of project estimated to be $ 38,000.00 and will be updated if necessary.
