COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The Board of Directors of Highlands Community Bank has authorized a $0.10 per share dividend payable to all common and preferred shareholders of record as of 12/31/2025. The Board is pleased with the progress the Bank has made towards its strategic goals in 2025 and authorizes this dividend in appreciation of the Bank shareholders’ continued support. The dividend will be made payable on 1/16/2026.
