Jackson River Technical Center Students Donate Handmade Toys to Alleghany Highlands Christmas Mother

ALLEGHANY COUNTY, Va. (VR) – JRTC Carpentry students made and donated a dozen handmade doll beds and children’s tools boxes. These high quality toys made by local youth will certainly bring joy to young children in our area this Christmas.
