PROPERTY TAX INFORMATION
The City of Covington Treasurer, Gisela Roldan, wants to make citizens, businesses, and visitors aware that the Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Bills have been mailed and will be due December 5, 2025. Payments can be made by in-person at our office, placing them in the drop box (located around the side of City Hall), mailing them to the Treasurer’s Office, or making payments online with the self-service portal.

You can pay with a card by going to https://selfservice.covington.va.us/css.
All information to pay online is on the back of each tax ticket. It is now required for citizens to create an online account to process payments. The Treasurer’s Office collects tax payments, and The Commissioner of Revenue assesses taxes.
