CLIFTON FORGE, Va. (VR) – — Mountain Gateway Community College hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Monday, Oct. 13, at 10:30 a.m. in the MGCC Moomaw Center (1000 College Drive, Clifton Forge, VA 24422) to celebrate the official launch of the MG-TEC IT Academy. The MG-TEC IT Academy was created to provide high school students with a direct pathway into technology careers or further education. Beginning this fall, sophomores, juniors, and seniors can take IT courses on campus or participate through HyFlex and online options. (MGCC photo)
