SALEM Va. (VR) – Local cross country athletes traveled to Salem, Virginia, early Saturday morning for the Knights Crossing Invitational at Green Hill Park. Despite the early start, the team tackled the challenging course with focus and determination. Several runners posted strong finishes, gaining valuable experience as the season continues.
