COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – The VA250 Mobile Museum Experience has arrived in Covington and will be open Saturday, Aug. 9, and Sunday, Aug. 10, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. The “museum on wheels” will be located in the Mid City Mall parking lot at 333 W. Locust St., bringing Virginia’s Revolutionary War history to life through interactive exhibits and hands-on displays. Part of the Virginia American Revolution 250 Commission, the traveling exhibit shares the stories of the people who shaped America’s fight for independence.
