Public Hearing to consider an amendment to Chapter 58-Taxation of “The Code of the County of Alleghany, Virginia” to add a section to Article IX – Transient Occupancy Tax to comply with State legislation in regards to the filing by an accommodations provider that utilizes an accommodations intermediary.
