 Mayor to attend VML 2025 Annual Conference & Mayor’s Institute at the Hotel Roanoke from Sat October 11th – Tuesday October 14th, 2025. The
mayor will be paying for this conference herself.

 Updates on Special Election issues/ procedures from Town Attorney.

Go into Closed Session under Va Code 2.2-3711 Item 4, to discuss Personnel Matters.
