Gathright Dam to conduct pulse release today, June 18

FLOOD STORAGE RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT

18 JUNE 2025

Today from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM the release from the Gathright Dam will be gradually increased from 247 cubic feet per second to 2,000 cubic feet per second (stage 11.5 feet).

This change in release rates will increase river stages at the dam about 2.5 feet and approximately 1.7 feet in Covington over the next 6 to 10 hours.
