COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – Curtis A Smith VFW Post 1033 Auxiliary recently updated the Wall of Valor at the Covington post office.

The newest Wall of Valor at the post office honors veterans from World War I, World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and Okinawa who served our country and the auxiliary members who have tirelessly served over the years to support our veterans. Each veteran on the Wall of Valor represents an auxiliary member who today serves in many ways to serve the post comrades and the veterans in our area who gave so much.

Thank you, veterans, for your service. Thank you to the older auxiliary members who paved the way and set the standard for the newer generation as we strive to bring notice to all veterans.
