Covington Middle School Track and Field Practice Information

COVINGTON Va, (VR) – Covington Middle School has released practice information for the 2025 Track & Field season. According to the CMS Facebook page, practice will begin on Monday March 3rd. at 4:00 at the middle school track. Those wishing to participate must have a current VHSL physical, those that haven’t had the physical, may stop by practice to get the necessary paperwork.

Shelter and bathrooms will be available at the Covington Recreation Center, should that be necessary.
