Kiera Lowman Runs Career Best 5k

MECHANICSVILLE- Alleghany cross-country star Kiera Lowman continues to be impressive.

She recently ran her career-best 5k time of 17:35.4 at the 2024 Virginia Cross-Country Showcase at Pole Green Park (Upper Course) in Mechanicsville. Lowman finished 13 overall in a field that consisted of 258 individual runners. We’ll have the full results in Thursday’s print edition of the Virginian Review.
