Fairlawn Drive, Covington, Virginia, (for informational purposes only and not an insuring provision) and being Lot Number Twenty-Four (24), Fairlawn Subdivision, as shown upon that certain Subdivision plat by C. B. Malcolm and David Dick, dated July 10, 1929, recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Alleghany County in Plat Book 4, at Page 120 (slide 75). Tax ID: 23—3—-24-.
