Mr. and Mrs. Elton D. Napier of Farmville and Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Bartocci of Clifton Forge, announce the engagement of their children, Tiffany Selene Napier and Charles Adam Bartocci.
Tiffany is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Ollie of Farmville and the late Mr. Oddie Napier of Glade Spring and the late Ms. Mary Lee Napier of Keysville.
She is a 2003 graduate of Prince Edward County High School and a 2007 graduate of Virginia Tech. While attending Virginia Tech, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Marketing Management. Tiffany is currently employed by Norfolk Southern Corporation as a Supervisor of Engineering Procurement in Roanoke.
Charles is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Van Maaren of Kalamazoo, Mich. and Mr. and Mrs. John Bartocci of Vicksburg, Mich. He is a 2003 graduate of Alleghany High School and a 2007 graduate of Virginia Tech. While attending Virginia Tech, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering. Charles is currently employed by Titan America as a Mining Engineer in Troutville.
The wedding is scheduled to take place May 8, 2010 in Blacksburg.
