W H I T E S U L P H U R SPRINGS, W.Va. – Donna Nadine Middleton of Charlotte, N.C., died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2009, of a sudden illness.
She was a daughter of Sara Roberson Smith of White Sulphur Springs, W.Va., and the late Don Cary.
She is survived by husband, Kevin Middleton of Charlotte N.C.; her mother, Sara Smith of White Sulphur Springs, a son, Jason B Brown of Fairlea, W.Va.; a daughter, Christy L. Thomas of Williamsburg, W.Va.; a sister, Carol A Morningstar of White Sulphur Springs; a brother, Thomas Cary and wife, Nancy of White Sulphur Springs; grandchildren Chance Thomas of Williamsburg, the late Coll Thomas, Maria Brown of Ronceverte, W.Va.; a niece, Hannah E Morningstar of White Sulphur Springs; aunt and uncle Carol and Robert Hamood of Bristol, Va.; cousins, Keith and Bev Robertson and their sons Zachery and Trent of Mount Sidney; cousins, Barbara and Eddie Spurlock of Lewisburg, W.Va.
She will be sadly missed by her many friends.
