VSGA SENIOR CHAMPION

Mimi Hoffman, of Springfield, will defend her title next week at the Virginia State Golf Association’s Senior Women’s Amateur Championship on The Omni Homestead’s Old Course in Hot Springs.
The tournament tees off Monday at 8 a.m., with stroke play qualifying.
Match play begins on Tuesday with the 18-hole championship match scheduled for Friday at 8 a.m.
