The Greater Roanoke Workforce Development Board hosted the Alleghany County Hiring Event, Thursday, from 1-6 p.m. on the lawn near the Moomaw Center on the Clifton Forge campus of Mountain Gateway Community College. The event was free and open to all job seekers.
