City of Covington Public Works flushing fire hydrants Oct. 3-14, 2022

Covington, Va. (VR) – The City of Covington Public Works will be flushing Fire Hydrants throughout the City between the dates of Monday, October 3, 2022, through Friday, October 14, 2022. This will take place from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. beginning the evening of October 3rd.

Please be aware that this may cause color discoloration to your water.

If you notice any discoloration, turn your water on and let it run until it clears up.
