Roanoke, VA (VR) – Dr Pepper Park is headed into fall with a huge line up planned for September and October. As an outdoor venue, fans get the chance to enjoy some of the best views and sounds that Virginia’s Blue Ridge has to offer. September brings a big country artist to Dr Pepper Park who has performed across the country to sell-out crowds.

Chris Janson will be playing at the venue on Saturday, September 10th. President of Dr Pepper Park, Waynette Anderson, stated “We are anxiously waiting for Janson to perform. He has an awesome presence on stage and really puts on a fun show!”

Who is Chris Janson? He’s a “live legacy in the making” (Rolling Stone). Breakout country star Janson is a platinum-selling recording artist, high-octane entertainer, multi-instrumentalist, and award-winning singer/songwriter who Bobby Bones has named among the greatest six live performers in country music. The ACM Award-winner has collected prestigious accolades that place him amongst country music greats. In addition to his own successes, the talented songwriter has lent his pen to industry peers including Tim McGraw (“Truck Yeah,” “How I’ll Always Be”), LOCASH (“I Love This Life”) and the legendary Hank Williams Jr. (“God Fearin’ Man,” “Those Days Are Gone”).

General Admission tickets are $35 in advance and $40 at the gate. PIT tickets are $59 and come with exclusive access to the closest area to the stage. VIP Skybox tickets are $149. The National Pools VIP Skybox boasts luxury outdoor furniture, a private bar, private bathroom, and excellent view of the stage.

Tickets, a full season schedule, and policies can be found at www.drpepperpark.com.

For more information or to schedule an interview, please call Waynette Anderson at 540-314-9309.
