School Board Meeting Action

Action Following Closed Meetings:

Appointments:

·  Appointed Jonathan Taylor as BCHS Principal

·  Authorized Superintendent to appoint a substitute food service/custodian and a school nurse pending references

Resignations:

Kayala Jordan, BCHS teacher

Maria Secoy, MES teacher

Students:

Student A – Extended OSS to the end of the school year with conditions.

Student B – Extended OSS to the end of the school year with conditions.

Meeting Action:
·  Amended the Agenda by adding an additional closed meeting at the beginning of the meeting (personnel appointments and resignations).

·  Authorized the superintendent to send a letter to the Board of Supervisor regarding payment in lieu of taxes.

·  Authorized the superintendent to make payments to the Warm Springs Sanitation Commission per regulations.

·  Authorized superintendent to contact the contractor to work out a payment plan for completion of the BCHS baseball field (gravel – parking area).

·  Approved removal and addition of Bank of America Business Card users. (Delete Mrs. Hirsh effective 6/30/2022 and board members. Add Dr. Bolling and Justin Rider.)

·  Reviewed Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services (ARPA).
