5. VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (VDOT) UPDATE:
A. Ms. Susan Hammond, VDOT Resident Engineer – Update.
6. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Joint Public Hearing with the Virginia Department of Transportation on the Secondary Six Year Improvement Plan for Fiscal Years 2023 through 2028.
B. Public Hearing to consider four appointments to the Alleghany Highlands School Board. The four appointments would be at-large for staggered one, two, three, and four-year terms beginning July 1, 2022. By State law, the Board must wait at least seven days from the public hearing before making appointments.

E. Discuss and consider appointment of Mr. Reid Walters, County Administrator, to various boards and commissions effective May 16, 2022.
F. Discuss and consider Resolution of Appreciation for Mr. Pete Huber, Interim County Administrator.
