WEST POINT – Gladys Elizabeth Gaylor, 94, of West Point, formerly of Covington, passed away Tuesday, March 28th, 2011.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Gaylor, Sr., two brothers, Joseph Goff and Aubrey Goff, and a sister, Mildred Rose.
Gladys is survived by a son and his wife, Marvin Gaylor, Jr. and Gail; a brother and his wife, Houston and Helen Goff; two granddaughters and their husbands, Cynthia and Brian Jordan, Karen and Jack Byrd; four great-grandchildren, Mathew and Phillip Jordan, Rick and Stephanie Byrd.
A funeral service will be held 6 p.m., Thursday at Vincent Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 417 11th Street, West Point, Va., 23181.
The family will receive friends Thursday 5 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
