John David Seale Jr., 56, of Millboro, passed away Monday August 19, 2013 in Staunton.

He was born July 23, 1957 in Staunton, the son of the late John David Seale, Sr. and Lila Wolfe Seale.

He was a truck driver for Blue Ridge Lumber. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, hiking and softball. He was a loving father and grandfather.

He is survived by three children, Joshua David Seale and wife Heather Ashley Mays, Sheena Lee Seale  and John David Campbell, all of Millboro; three brothers, Jerry Lotts and wife Chris of Staunton, Jimmy Lotts and friend Bertie of Augusta Springs, and Shuey Lotts and wife Nancy of Stuarts Draft; four sisters, Nancy Williams and husband Ray of Swoope, Virginia Shirley Booth and husband Phil of Deerfield, Betty Bateman of Swoope, and Juanita Colvin of Craigsville; two grandchildren, Haven Seale and Persephane Woods of Millboro; the mother of his children, Ruth Seale of Craigsville; and special friend Terry Campbell of Millboro.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m., Saturday at Millboro Funeral Home.
