Theodore W. Roland, Senior Inspector of CHA Companies, is providing the following information regarding the water line upgrade project taking place in the city of Covington.
At this time, East Fudge Street is completed and the contractor will restore the excavation in spring.
The street closure that will affect the area of Parklin Heights from River Street to Dee Street, will remain closed until Jan. 30.
