Direct indictments returned Jan. 10 by an Alleghany County Circuit Court grand jury.

Eric Matthew Banker, Covington. Destruction of property exceeding $1,000, grand larceny, breaking and entering.
Date of alleged offenses: Oct. 14, 2010.

Neil Jeffrey Horn, Covington. Breaking and entering, grand larceny, possession of a Schedule II drug. Date of alleged offenses: Nov. 14, 2010.

Thomas Lynwood Combs, Clifton Forge. Destruction of property, resulting in damage of less than $1,000. Date of alleged offense: Nov. 18, 2010.

Ashlee L. Crissman, Clifton Forge. Credit card forgery, credit card fraud involving less than $200. Date of alleged offenses: Oct. 10, 2010.

Linda Gurd Law, Covington. Credit card forgery (three counts), illegally obtaining credit card number-larceny (three counts), credit card fraud. Dates of alleged offenses: March 31, 2010; July 9, 2010; Sept. 20, 2010.

Crystal Lynn Flora, Penhook. Grand larceny (two counts), enter property to commit damage (two counts). Dates of alleged offenses: Oct. 10, 2010; Oct. 15, 2010.

Karen Fridley Fox, Covington. Petit larceny involving less than $200, breaking and entering, possession of a Schedule III drug. Date of alleged offenses: Dec. 1, 2010.

Elisa Lewis Helton, Covington. Possession of a Schedule II drug with intent to distribute, conspiring to distribute a Schedule II drug. Date of alleged offenses: July 20, 2010.

Chatney Daryl Holloway, Covington. Possession of a Schedule II drug with intent to distribute, conspiring to distribute a Schedule II drug. Date of alleged offenses: July 20, 2010.

Randall Wayne Jackson Jr., Clifton Forge. Illegal possession of firearm after being convicted of a felony within 10 years earlier. Date of alleged offense: Sept. 15, 2010.

Adam Wayne Kirby, Covington, obtain money in excess of $200 through false pretense, work without a valid contractor’s license.

Gregory Charles Martin, Waynesboro. Possession of a Schedule II drug with intent to distribute.

Kenneth Ray Putnam Jr., Clifton Forge. Felonious possession of a gun. Date of alleged offense: Oct. 27, 2010.
