Members of the Virginia Sheriffs’ Association recently elected Sheriff Kevin Hall of Alleghany County to serve a one-year term as secretary.
The 8,900-member organization represents Virginia’s sheriffs, deputy sheriffs and sheriff’s office personnel.
Hall was elected in October during the association’s annual meeting in Chesterfield.
Sheriff Steve Dempsey of King George County was elected to serve a one-year term as president.
The 2018-2019 VSA Board of Directors consists of the following sheriffs:
