BLACKSBURG – Armed with experience, confidence and one of the deepest rosters in program history, the Virginia Tech women’s golf team is ready to chase even bigger goals in 2026-27.

Head coach Carol Robertson unveiled the Hokies’ 11-tournament schedule on Sunday, a challenging slate that will test a veteran lineup returning six players from last season’s team that established a program record for single-season scoring average. With nearly the entire roster back, Virginia Tech enters the year with its sights set on advancing through NCAA Regionals and earning just the second NCAA Championship berth in program history.

The season begins Sept. 7-8 at the Nittany Lion Invitational in University Park, Pennsylvania, before the Hokies head to Oklahoma for the Schooner Fall Classic (Sept. 19-21). A competitive October features four events, including appearances at The Ally in Mississippi, the Ruth’s Chris Tar Heel Invitational in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and the Keswick Invitational in nearby Charlottesville.

Following the winter break, Virginia Tech resumes play Jan. 29-30 at the Collegiate Invitational in Guadalajara, Mexico before taking on the Moon Golf Invitational in Florida, the Alamo Invitational in Texas and the Clemson Invitational in South Carolina. The Hokies then return home to host the Hokie Highlander Invitational at the Pete Dye River Course of Virginia Tech on April 5-6, their final tune-up before postseason play.

The ACC Women’s Golf Championship will be contested April 15-18 at Sedgefield Country Club in Greensboro, North Carolina. NCAA Regional competition follows May 10-12, with the NCAA Championship scheduled for May 21-26 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California.
