ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the Defendant upon the grounds of twelve months separation. It appearing from a Declaration that Defendant, Dale Nelson Meadows, is not a resident of the Commonwealth of Virginia and his last known address is Shady Springs, West Virginia.
It is ordered that the Defendant appear before this court within ten days after due publication of this notice and do what is necessary to protect his interests herein.
It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Virginian Review, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Alleghany, Virginia.
