COVINGTON, Va. (VR) – Alleghany County would like to remind citizens and businesses that the parking lots at the former Wells Fargo building in Covington will continue to be blocked off due to interior demolition work of the building. One lot is located next to the building off of Main Street and the other lot is behind the building off of Riverside Street. This closure will continue until the end of January 2026.

Any damages, towing, or tickets issued for unauthorized parking will be at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.
