Clifton Forge Police Department Investigating Incident of Dog Being Struck with a Stick

CLIFTON FORGE, Va. (VR) – The Clifton Forge Police Department is investigating an incident that was posted to social media on October 13, 2025. The video shows a male subject that appeared to be striking a dog with stick.

A well-being check was performed on the dog in question. The suspect has been identified, and charges are pending. No further details will be released at this time.
