TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2025, at 6:30 PM

The Council for the City of Covington will hold a regular meeting on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 333 W. Locust Street, Covington, Virginia. Following the adjournment of the regular meeting, Council will immediately go into a closed session.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA (Portion of meeting used to add or make changes.) 

PROCLAMATION READING: Council will read the Proclamation declaring November 1, 2025, Extra Mile Day. A day to recognize people and organizations who create a positive change in our communities through their extra mile efforts in volunteerism and service.

1. To consider and appoint a new City of Covington Vice Mayor: To fill the vacant seat of City Council Vice Mayor.
