OFFICIAL VOTING INFORMATION
The Constitution of Virginia requires that you be registered in the precinct in which you live in order to be qualified to vote. In order to be eligible to vote in the November 4, 2025 General Election, You must register or make any changes no later than 5:00pm on Friday October 24, 2025.
The Voter Registration Office is located at 515 East Pine Street. Office hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 12 noon and 1-5pm.
The Voter Registration Office will also be open on Saturday, October 25, 2025 and Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 9am – 5pm, for registered voters who need to vote by absentee ballot for the Election, is also the last day on which absentee ballots may be cast in person by qualified applicants for this election.
The last day to request an absentee by mail is October 24, 2025 by 5pm
All request for reasonable accommodations due to a disability should be made to the Registrar with at least a 48 hours notice.
