NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO ANNOUNCE INTERIM DISTRICT 1 COUNCIL APPLICANTS
The Covington City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 333 West Locust Street, Covington, Virginia. Pursuant to 24.2-228(A) of the Code of Virginia. The purpose is to announce applicants for the Interim vacant District 1 City Council seat, present their credentials for public inspection, and receive citizen input during the public hearing. Applicant materials will be available for review at the office of the Clerk of Council during regular business hours.
