VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY OF ALLEGHANY

 

THE COUNTY OF ALLEGHANY, VIRGINIA

 

vs.

 

JAIME M. NORVELL

MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC

 

Plaintiff

CIVIL CASE NO. 24-273

 

Defendants

 

ORDER OF PUBLICATION

 

The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Plaintiff for delinquent taxes against certain real estate described as follows:

 

All that certain piece, lying and being in Alleghany County, Virginia, containing 0.929 acre, more or less, and designated as Tax Map Number 06700-00-000-042B

 

standing in the name of Jaime M. Norvell, pursuant to Section 58.1-3965 of the Code of Virginia.

And an affidavit having been filed that due diligence has been used to ascertain the names and location of all of the heirs, devisees and successors in title of Jaime M. Norvell; and that there are or may be other persons having an interest in the real estate forming the subject matter of this suit whose names and last post office addresses are unknown, namely, the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in title of Jaime M. Norvell.

It is ORDERED that this Order be published once in the Virginian Review and that the parties named herein appear on or before August 27, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Alleghany, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this suit.
