Hollis Burl Higginbotham
Hollis Burl Higginbotham, 87, of Daleville, formally of Covington, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hollis and Greta Higginbotham; his sister, Irene (Eugene) Bradshaw; and brother, Richard (Glenda) Higginbotham.
Survivors include his life partner, Dorothy “Dottie” Gaylor of Daleville; older brother, Paul (Joyce) Higginbotham of Newton, WV; daughter, Vicki (Phil) Williams of Radford; granddaughter, Rebecca (Marshall) LeMert of Charlottesville; grandson, James (Bridget) Williams of Radford; and many other family members and friends. Burl will be remembered lovingly for his hardworking and generous spirit and entertaining sense of humor. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let the Perpetual Light shine upon him, Amen.
Funeral services will be private. The Higginbotham family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
