AGENDA FOR THE IRON GATE TOWN WORK SESSION

Monday 17th, 2025
7:00 P.M.

 FOIA request. Discuss how much the Town wants to charge, per page, for requests
 $2000.00 Grant applied for from Alleghany County on behalf of the Iron Gate Parks & Recreation Association
 Discuss the Town’s webpage. The yearly fee, plus monthly charges.
 Town Attorney’s newest submitted bill
 Western Virginia Water Authority bill
 The Thrasher Progress report on Wednesday, March 19thth, at 1:30 pm.
 The Core & Main meeting on Thursday, March 20thth, at 1:30 pm, to discuss I & I issues
 Board of Equalization meetings from March 19th – 28th from 9 am – 3 pm.
 Food Panty in Town Hall – supported by area churches
 Clean-Up Week: April 20th – 26th 2025
 Vagrant – March 10th – Rusty Hinge/ Post Office
 Tiny House Request
 Hoagie Sale – $6.50 each – I.G. Community Church. Orders taken until March 19th and delivered by 11:30 am on March 21st to Town Hall Shed – living quarters
