COVINGTON, Va (VR) – The Alleghany Highlands Regional Library was filled with all types of art work and writing, as they hosted the Covington Woman’s Club Student Art and Writing Contest. Sixty three kids total were represented, which included Covington Middle School, Alleghany High School, Boys Home and one Homeschooled student. Nancy Moga, Bev Warburton, Cindy Littleton and Clifton Forge School for Arts served as judges for the event. We will have a recap of the winners coming up.
