Carolyn Jean Hughson Allen, age 88, of 23711 Botetourt Road, Eagle Rock, Virginia died on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem.,
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, in 2:00 PM at Pine Street Baptist Church, Covington with Reverend Harold Preston officiating. Interment will follow in Red Hill Cemetery, Clifton Forge. Carolyn’s grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 PM until the time of service at the church.
