The following is a partial list of indictments returned April 11 by an Alleghany County Circuit Court grand jury.

Herman Ray Taylor Sr., Covington. Driving under the influence. Date of alleged offense: Dec. 3, 2010.

Donald Ray Wolfe, Clifton Forge. Assault and battery. Date of alleged offense: Dec. 24, 2010.

Randy Stewart Ingram Jr., Covington. Malicious wounding. Date of alleged offense: Dec. 11, 2010.

Wendy Ann Campbell, Clifton Forge. Grand larceny. Date of alleged offense: Nov. 6, 2010.

Rose Marie Vanness, Clifton Forge. Malicious wounding. Date of alleged offense: Dec. 6, 2010.

Anthony Dale Leichter, Covington. Possession of Schedule I or II drug with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Date of alleged offenses: Oct. 2, 2010.

Chad Lincoln Stancil, Clifton Forge. Attempt to elude police, grand larceny of good totaling more than $200 (three counts) and possession of burglary tools, tamper with vehicle, grand larceny, destruction of property resulting in damage exceeding $1,000; grand larceny, possession of Schedule III drug, deliver drugs to prisoner (three counts), attempt to possess Schedule I or II drug. Dates of alleged offenses: Nov. 9, 2010; Nov. 12, 2010; Jan. 20, 2011;

Brandon Kevin Clinebell, Clifton Forge. Grand larceny (two counts). Date of alleged offenses: Nov. 16, 2010.

Michael Joseph Caldwell, Clifton Forge. Unlawful wounding. Date of alleged offense: Jan. 3, 2011.

Christopher Raphael Spencer, Clifton Forge. Possession of a Schedule I or II drug. Date of alleged offense: Oct. 30, 2010.

Melody Marie Ferrari, Covington. Neglect and abuse of a child. Date of alleged offense: Jan. 1, 2011.

David Michael Leffel, Clifton Forge. Grand larceny. Date of alleged offense: Nov. 6, 2010.

Barbara Faye Clark, Clifton Forge. Assault of a law enforcement officer. Date of alleged offense: Dec. 21, 2010.

Chad Lincoln Stancil, Clifton Forge. Grand larceny. Date of alleged offense: Oct. 28, 2010.

Thomas Van Loving, Covington. Driving after being declared an habitual offender. Date of alleged offense: Dec. 11, 2010.

James Lester Brown III, Covington. Robbery (one count), obstruction of justice (three counts). Dates of alleged offenses: Jan. 30, 2011; Feb. 7, 2011.

Martell Antione Allen, Covington. Possession of controlled substance. Date of alleged offense: Feb. 4, 2011.

Roy David Patterson, Eagle Rock. Driving while intoxicated, abuse child-disregard life. Date of alleged offenses: Feb. 23, 2011.

Christopher Maxwell Hickerson, Clifton Forge. Enter building while armed to commit larceny, grand larceny, attempted grand larceny, petit larceny, breaking and entering at nighttime, enter building to commit assault and battery, possession of Schedule I or II drug. Dates of alleged offenses: Jan. 25, 2011; Jan. 29, 2011; Jan. 31, 2011; March 15, 2011.

Kasey Leslie Hale, Clifton Forge. Petit larceny, enter at nighttime, grand larceny (two counts), breaking and entering (three counts), grand larceny, destruction of property involving less than $1,000 in damage (two counts). Dates of alleged offenses: Jan. 26, 2011; March 13, 2011.

James David Schooler, Covington. Enter building to commit assault and battery, grand larceny, enter building to commit larceny, grand larceny, destruction of property involving less than $1,000 in damage (two counts), breaking and entering (two counts), attempted grand larceny, enter building while armed to commit larceny, petit larceny.
Dates of alleged offenses: Jan. 25, 2011; Jan. 26, 2011; Jan. 29, 2011; Jan. 31, 2011.

Joshua Alan Paxton, Clifton Forge. Breaking and entering (three counts), grand larceny (five counts), enter building to commit assault and battery, petit larceny (four counts), attempted grand larceny, tamper with vehicle (three counts). Dates of alleged offenses: Jan. 25, 2011; March 11, 2011; March 13, 2011; March 14, 2011; March 15, 2011.

Susan Darlene Johnson, Covington. Breaking and entering, grand larceny, destruction of property resulting in more than $1,000 damage. Date of alleged offenses: March 27, 2011.

William James Nicely, Clifton Forge. Welfare fraud (two counts). Dates of alleged offenses: Jan. 4, 2010; July 16, 2010.

Brittany Leeann Ray, Clifton Forge. Breaking and entering. Date of alleged offense: Feb. 26, 2011.

Christina Shaffer, Covington. Welfare fraud (two counts). Date of alleged offenses: Oct. 19, 2010.

Adrianna White, Clifton Forge. Breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny, grand larceny, destruction of property resulting in less than $1,000 damage. Date of alleged offense: Jan. 26, 2011.

Jeffrey Kirk Moore, Clifton Forge. Driving after being declared an habitual offender. Date of alleged offense: Dec. 19, 2010.

Bob Edward Williamson, Selma. Breaking and entering, grand larceny. Date of alleged offenses: Jan. 25, 2011.
