Clifton Forge Elks Lodge 1065 announces Madilen Nicely was winner of two Elks sponsored scholarships

Clifton Forge Elks Lodge 1065 is proud to announce that Madilen Nicely was the winner of two Elks sponsored scholarships.  She was awarded an ENF Legacy Scholarship which is awarded to a child or grandchild of an Elk member.  She also won the Clifton Forge Lodge Most Valuable Student award.  Pictured left right are: 4th VEA Vice President John Hutchison, Exalted Ruler Chris Hutchison, PER Lana Dotson, Madilen Nicely, father Ryan Nicely, grandfather Gary Nicely
