Olde Towne Covington’s new cabana has been nestled in its permanent home just outside the library as nearby road work inches toward completion. As Covington City Manager, Allen Dressler, noted a few weeks ago, it’s a great place for residents to stop and “read a book” or “watch the animals.” As if on cue, a few geese wandered down the riverbank and into the Jackson River when the Virginian Review stopped for a few pictures on Wednesday, August 9.
