LOW MOOR, VA- The Alleghany Lady Mountaineers finished a successful final season with a record of 15-6. The Lady Mounties lost to Radford 9-7 and ended their year on a rather sour note, but from the postseason recognition some of the girls received, it is evident that Alleghany softball was highly thought of around the area.
The following players were named to the all-three rivers district team:

Savannah Cash- Infield
Second Team:
Abbie Fridley- First Base
