Bath County Board Of Supervisors To Hold November Meeting Tuesday

WARM SPRINGS — The Bath County Board of Supervisors will hold its regular November meeting Tuesday, beginning at 6 p.m. in Room 115 of the Bath County Courthouse.
Items on the agenda include:
— consider seeking professional services to collect data to incorporate into tax map for possible zoning revisions, as well as other layers that might be affected or created;
— vote to amend Chapter 15 of the Bath County Code exempting household items and farm and forestry equipment from personal property tax;
— set public hearing for right-of-way easement request for Mitchelltown property;
— approve RFP for lease offers on Mitchelltown property;
— approve short-term use agreement for Mitchelltown property;
— discuss Wings and Wheels 2021 schedule;
— appointments to various boards and commissions;
At the conclusion of the regular agenda, the board will hold a closed meeting.
As a COVID-19 precaution, masks must be worn at all times in the courthouse, according to orders from Circuit Court Judge Ed Stein and Gov. Ralph Northam.
