Sandy Lemon, who was inducted into Alleghany County High School’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2008, will be featured on TV’s CBS Sports at 2:00 p.m. on Sat., Aug. 20.
Lemon serves as director of golf instruction at the Santa Ana Golf Club and Twin Warriors Golf Club in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Lemon was inducted into the Southern Illinois University’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 1985, and she will be featured during the first eight minutes of the CBS Sports program.
She is the daughter of Norma and the late Archie Lemon, and her brother, Archie Lemon, Jr., was a standout golfer at ACHS as well.
