Indictments returned Oct. 12 by an Alleghany County Circuit Court grand jury.

Billie Jo Craft, Covington. Grand larceny (two counts). Dates of alleged offenses: May 26, 2010, and May 27, 2010.

Ralph Dewayne Price, Clifton Forge. Petit larceny (subsequent offense). Date of alleged offense: April 27, 2010.

William James Lamb, Iron Gate. Petit larceny of vehicle parts. Date of alleged offense: May 2, 2010.

Brian Kenton Jones, Covington. Child abuse and neglect (three counts). Date of alleged offenses: July 11, 2010.

Jacob Lee Rogers, Clifton Forge. Distributing or manufacturing drugs near restricted property. Alleged offense date: July 24, 2010.

John Paul Harrison, Fincastle. Possession of a Schedule I or II drug, selling or providing for the resale of drugs. Date of alleged offenses: July 16, 2010.

David Christopher Martin, Covington. Entering a dwelling with intent to commit larceny, assault and battery or other felony. Grand larceny of vehicle/parts (two counts). Date of alleged offenses: April 9, 2010.

Corey Dwayne Mann, Covington. Failure to appear. Date of alleged offense: Feb. 11, 2010.

Richard Allen Paxton, Covington. Grand larceny (seven counts), destruction of property resulting in less than $1,000 damage (seven counts), enter property with intent to damage (seven counts). Dates of alleged offenses: June 1, 2010; Aug. 9, 2010; Aug. 10, 2010.

Kristopher Peters, Covington. Animal cruelty (14 counts). Date of alleged offenses: July 13, 2010.

Bob Allen Prior Sr., Iron Gate. False statement on consent form pertaining to firearms transaction. Date of alleged offense: July 17, 2010.

Ronnie Dean Richardson, Moneta. Breaking and entering, attempting to steal property valued at more than $200, destruction of property resulting in more than $2,000 damage. Date of alleged offenses: March 1, 2010; June 6, 2010.

Donnie Ray Richmond, Covington. Grand larceny (five counts), breaking and entering (three counts), enter property with intent to damage.Dates of alleged offenses: March 1, 2010; April 8, 2010.

Jennifer Jean White, Winston-Salem, N.C. Prescription fraud. Alleged offense date: July 9, 2010.

Pamela N. Wilcher, Covington. Credit card number theft, conspiring to commit theft of a credit card number with value of all money, goods and services obtained exceeding $200 over a six-month period. Date of alleged offenses: Dec. 1, 2009.

Jonathan Ray Huguley, Clifton Forge. Burglary. Date of alleged offense: June 5, 2010.
