2. Minutes – Approve minutes from February 10, 2026, Board of Supervisors monthly meeting. Board of Supervisors work sessions; January 20, 2026, February 17, 2026, and February 26, 2026.

5. Public Hearing to solicit public input on the ABM – Infrastructure Upgrade Recommendations

6. Receive CIP recommendations from the Planning Commission for FY’s 2027-2031

7. Resolution opposing Congressional Redistricting

8. Discussion of blighted property declared a nuisance

9. Personnel Policy regarding hiring

10. Sheriff’s request to fill a vacancy

11. Sheriff’s request to use grant funds to purchase a drone

12. Request to purchase equipment under the REMCDP grant

13. Approval to surplus vehicles in the Sheriff’s fleet

14. Consent agenda
a. Payment of March 2026 invoices

March 10, 2026 – Board of Supervisors regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m., in Room 115 of the Bath County Courthouse.
March 19, 2026 – Board of Supervisors work session at 5 p.m., in Room 115 of the Bath County Courthouse.

Public Comment Rules and Guidelines

Citizens who desire to speak in the public comment session must be recognized by the Chairman and adhere to the following:

1) Individuals should come forward to the podium when recognized by the Chairman of the
Board; speak their name and the district in which they reside.
2) Individuals should direct their comments to the Chairman of the Board.
3) Individuals are limited to 3 minutes per comment period.
4) Individuals representing a group of four or more are limited to 5 minutes per comment period; members comprising the group represented forfeit their time to speak.
5) All citizens are encouraged to put their comments in writing to the Board prior to the meeting for inclusion in the Board materials. Such written comments should be submitted to the County Administrator’s Office or a member of the Board of Supervisors before the meeting.
Comments can be submitted via email at publiccomment@bathcountyva.gov.
