SALEM, Va. (VR) – Alleghany’s indoor track and field teams continued their strong indoor season on Saturday at Roanoke College, highlighted by multiple personal-best performances and continued success in the relay events. On the girls side, Cambria Ransom turned in a standout day, setting personal records in both the 55-meter dash and the 300. Her performances set the tone for a productive meet that saw several athletes deliver season-defining efforts.

The boys also posted a number of highlights. Jesean Riddick recorded personal bests in the 55 meter while adding a strong showing in the high jump, while Miles Christian broke the seven-second barrier in the 55. Brycen Griffith made an impressive performance, recording a personal best in the long jump along with a fifth-place finish.

In team results, the Alleghany boys continued to dominate the relay events, as the 4×400 remained undefeated at East Coast Elite competitions this season.
