12/14/2025 Deputies C. Altizer, T. Harlow, and R. Miller checked on an individual at a business in Mitchelltown.
12/14/2025 Sgt. C. Smith spoke with a citizen about trespassers on their property. Lt. J. Grimm and Deputy Miller checked the property on Redbud Lane in Millboro.
12/14/2025 C. Smith spoke to a citizen about the eviction process.
12/14/2025 Lt. Grimm and T. Harlow investigated a report of livestock neglect on Muddy Run in Burnsville.
12/14/2025 Deputy T. Harlow investigated a report of inhumane conditions for dogs on Tunnel Hill Rd.
12/14/2025 Deputies T. Harlow assisted by R. Miller conducted a traffic stop on Mountain Valley Rd. in Millboro.
12/14/2025 Deputy T. Harlow responded to the Carloover area for a reckless driver reported by Alleghany County Sheriff’s Office.
12/15/2025 Sheriff R. Plecker and Deputies T. O’Conner and T. Plecker responded to a residence in the Warm Springs area for a fire alarm. Hot Springs Fire personnel also responded. Furnace malfunction caused smoke in the home, no fire found.
12/15/2025 Deputy T. Plecker assisted with traffic control on Sam Snead Hwy and Woodside Lane.
12/15/2025 Deputies T. O’Conner and T. McRoberts responded to the Springs Nursing Center to assist staff with a patient who had left the nursing home.
12/15/2025 Deputies M. Colaw & J. Bryan IV responded to a domestic dispute on Indian Draft Rd.

12/16/2025 Deputy T. Plecker responded to Millboro Food Mart to investigate a Gas Drive- off.
12/16/2025 Deputy T. O’Conner assisted a disabled motorist in the Carloover area.
12/16/2025 Deputies M. Colaw & J. Bryan IV responded to trespassers reported at a residence in the Healing Springs area.
12/17/2025 Deputy T. Plecker assisted a citizen with a disabled vehicle on Courthouse Hill.
12/17/2025 Deputy T. Plecker transported Justin Paul Kellison to Bath County Court from ARJ. Sheriff R. Plecker transported the prisoner back to ARJ.
12/17/2025 Sgt. C. Smith, Deputy R. Miller and Virginia State Police responded to Bath Community Hospital at the request of Hospital Security to assist a citizen.
12/18/2025 Deputy C. Altizer responded to the dumpsters on Cowpasture River Highway after a person was reportedly digging through the trash in the dumpster.
12/18/2025 Deputies T. Plecker and R. Miller assisted with traffic control in Mitchelltown for Lifeline Ministries kids for Christ afterschool program.
12/18/2025 Deputy R. Miller provided community support at the Bath County High School basketball game.
12/18/2025 Deputy R. Miller cleared a deer carcass from the roadway on Jackson River Turnpike.
12/18/2025 Sgt. C. Smith responded to Caddis Lane for burglar alarm activation.
12/18/2025 Sgt. C. Smith and Deputy C. Altizer assisted a citizen who had fallen on Routier Hill.
12/19/2025 Deputy J. Bryan IV responded to Terrill Tpke for an activated Smoke Alarm.
12/18/2025 Deputy T. McRoberts assisted with traffic control in Mitchelltown due to a downed tree blocking Grandview Rd.

12/20/2025 Deputy C. Altizer reported an overhanging tree causing a hazard on Stagecoach Rd.
12/20/2025 Deputy C. Altizer reported a hazardous road condition on Dry Run Rd. and provided traffic control until VDOT responded to clear the roadway.
12/20/2025 Deputy J. Bryan IV unlocked a vehicle at Douthat State Park.

Bath County Sheriff’s Office emergency communications officers answered 235 incoming calls and made 78 outbound calls during this time period.
